At Elegance Interiors, every furniture piece is custom-designed and manufactured according to the client’s specific requirements. Because each order is personalized, our cancellation and refund policy differs from standard retail purchases.

Our Process

Every project follows these steps:

  1. Initial consultation with the client.

  2. Requirement discussion and space planning.

  3. 3D design and concept presentation.

  4. Client approval of the final design, materials, colors, dimensions, and quotation.

  5. Manufacturing of the customized furniture.

  6. Delivery and professional installation by our team.

Production begins only after the client has approved the final design and order details.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the final design is approved and production has started.

Once the client approves the design and manufacturing begins, the order cannot be cancelled, as all products are made specifically for that project.

Returns

Since all furniture is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the client

  • Change in color or design preference after approval

  • Personal preference after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product is delivered with manufacturing defects or is damaged during delivery or installation, please notify us within 48 hours.

Our team will inspect the issue and, where applicable, provide:

  • Repair

  • Replacement of the affected part

  • Manufacturing correction

Refunds

Refunds are only considered if:

  • We are unable to fulfill the order before production begins.

  • A refund has been approved in writing by Elegance Interiors.

Refunds are not available once production has started for customized furniture.

Installation

Our professional installation team will visit your location to install the furniture and ensure everything is completed according to the approved design.
